Ward Corporator | Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation

Sabhapati (सभापती) · Prabhag Samiti 5

Adv. Vaibhav Eknath Bhoir is the Ward Corporator representing Ward No. 6 in the Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation (BNCMC). He is committed to practical, results-oriented civic leadership and the sustained development of his ward through prompt grievance redressal, coordinated municipal action, and a strong focus on public welfare. His approach to public service is rooted in accessibility, accountability and a firm belief that effective local governance must translate into tangible improvements in the everyday lives of citizens.

As an active voice in the municipal democratic process, Adv. Vaibhav Bhoir has spoken on various occasions in the General Body Meetings (Maha Sabha) of BNCMC, raising public issues, highlighting civic concerns and advocating for the city's development. His interventions have focused on matters affecting citizens, essential civic infrastructure, public amenities and the need for effective coordination among municipal departments. Through his participation in the Maha Sabha, he seeks to bring citizens' concerns to the appropriate platform, draw attention to pressing local issues and encourage practical solutions for the overall progress of Bhiwandi.

His commitment to public service extends beyond municipal responsibilities. Over the years, he has held several leadership and advisory positions that reflect his involvement in civic affairs, youth development, healthcare and community welfare. These include serving as District Youth President of NCP, Bhiwandi City, from 2010 to 2014; Member of the Patient Welfare Committee at Indira Gandhi Memorial District Hospital; Chairman of the PCPNDT Advisory Committee from 2014 to 2018; President of the Rotaract Club of Bhiwandi in 2005–2006; and President of Force XI, Rotary Club of Bhiwandi Central, in 2011–2012.

Social Service & Community Development

A significant part of Adv. Vaibhav Bhoir's public-service journey has been shaped by his association with Rotary and Rotaract, through which he and his wife, Mrs. Neeta Vaibhav Bhoir, have actively participated in numerous social welfare initiatives. Their efforts reflect a shared commitment to serving the community, supporting people in need and encouraging a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility.

Through their involvement in Rotary and community service, they have contributed to the organisation of blood donation camps, medical camps and various service projects aimed at addressing community needs and promoting public health and welfare. Their participation in such initiatives demonstrates the importance they place on collective action, humanitarian service and improving the well-being of society.

They have also supported initiatives focused on youth empowerment, leadership development and personality building. Through the organisation of RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) programmes, they have helped create opportunities for young people to develop leadership skills, confidence, teamwork and a sense of social responsibility.

Another notable contribution to Bhiwandi's cultural and youth landscape has been their involvement with the Rotaract Club of Bhiwandi Central and its popular dance event, “Dancing December.” Recognised as a prominent dance event in Bhiwandi, the programme provides a platform for talent, creativity, artistic expression and youth participation while bringing the community together through cultural engagement.

A Continuing Commitment to Public Service

Adv. Vaibhav Eknath Bhoir's journey brings together legal experience, municipal leadership, public advocacy and community service. Whether raising citizens' concerns in the BNCMC Maha Sabha, working towards the development of Ward No. 6, participating in public welfare initiatives or encouraging youth leadership through Rotary and Rotaract, his focus remains on constructive engagement and meaningful contributions to society.

His vision of public service extends beyond individual responsibilities. It embraces a broader commitment to civic development, accessible governance, community participation and the creation of better opportunities for future generations. Through his municipal role and longstanding involvement in social initiatives alongside his wife, Mrs. Neeta Vaibhav Bhoir, he continues to uphold the values of service, leadership and responsibility towards the people of Bhiwandi.

On the Land
  • 1,400+ fruit trees, mainly mango, in active production
  • Organic farming · serving Mother Earth
  • Bridges the urban ward with the rural cycle

Adv. Vaibhav Eknath Bhoir is a son of Bhiwandi — born here, educated here, and continuously at work for the people and institutions of his city. His path to public life was gradual and earned, beginning with youth service in 2005 as a Rotaractor and later moving into civic responsibility after years of steady engagement with the community, the courts, and public institutions.

He was recognized early by the Bhiwandi Bar Association, where he served as Chairman in 2008 and was elected Secretary in 2010 and again in 2012, a rare and significant vote of confidence. Over the course of twenty-three years of legal practice in criminal and conveyance matters, he built a reputation for accessible, fair, and principled legal service, offering guidance to both lawyers and litigants without fear or favour.

His public and political work developed in parallel. From 2010 to 2014, he served as District Youth President of the NCP, and later from 2016 to 2018 as District Youth President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha. During 2014–2018, he also served as Chairman of the PCPNDT Advisory Committee for the district, contributing to an important public responsibility concerning the protection of the girl child and the integrity of the law.

He is also an active worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party and has faithfully performed all responsibilities entrusted to him by the party. In the 2026 elections to the Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation, he contested on the BJP symbol and won the election. Following this victory, he was elected unopposed as the Sabhapati (Chairman) of Prabhag Samiti 5 in the Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation.

His service has also been recognized beyond local politics. In 2014–15, Rotary International President Gary Huang conferred upon him the Club Builder Award, and in 2019, he was honoured by Sakal with its Excellence Award. At present, he serves as a Law Officer for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad Bullet Train project, managing land and conveyance matters for the Maharashtra leg of the country's first high-speed rail corridor.

Alongside his public responsibilities, he remains deeply rooted in farming through land. He has planted more than 1,400 fruit trees on his farm, mainly mango trees, and is actively engaged in mango production. Through this large-scale plantation, he serves Mother Earth with a deep sense of responsibility and care. He also practices organic farming on his farm, reflecting his commitment to sustainable agriculture. He frequently reflects that the field serves as a reminder that law, legislature, and land alike demand patience, discipline, and sustained, long-term dedication.

"

Three callings keep one another honest: the court teaches procedure, the ward teaches urgency, and the field teaches patience.
